We’re not just a video production company on the Sunshine Coast — we’re a team of passionate storytellers who capture the heart of your brand through high-end photography and cinematic video. From first idea to final edit, we offer end-to-end production that’s as strategic as it is creative. Whether it’s a corporate campaign, a branded tale, or a suite of scroll-stopping visuals, our team is here to help your brand connect.

Young, dynamic and passionate, with years of videography and editing experience, and a passion for combining new technology with video and image capture. Having shot in Cape Town, through the US, and on Namotu Island in Fiji as their resident photographer, Beau brings loads of global experience.

Our in-house editor and on-the-ground shooter — as comfortable behind the timeline as he is behind the lens. With a background rooted in outdoor content and an eye for storytelling, he brings calm energy, curiosity and creative talent to every project.

A cinematographer driven by purpose, drawn to stories with real substance — from ambitious small businesses to conservation projects that make a difference. His process begins with understanding the story, then capturing it through carefully considered shots, with over 30 years’ experience behind the camera.

A passion for capturing special moments that traces back to childhood camcorders. Jack’s favourite part of Pepper is witnessing the collaborative efforts of the Chilli and Pepper teams as they strategise with clients before, during and after production.

Every project runs through the same in-house team — no handing your story between agencies. From concept and strategy through production to distribution, the people who plan your shoot are the people who shoot it and cut it.
Backed by Chilli, the Sunshine Coast marketing agency that’s been growing businesses since 1993, so your content lands as part of a strategy rather than in isolation.
