The Pepper team have spent many hours working with, capturing, and shooting (by camera only – ha-ha) The North Coast Veterinary Specialists and their clients. We have had the absolute pleasure of working closely with them from the conception of the business expansion and relocation, capturing footage along their journey.
North Coast Veterinary Specialists were chasing a Sunshine Coast Marketing Agency and Sunshine Coast Videographer, so Pepper was the perfect fit working closely in conjunction with the Chilli team in strategy and projects, taking this to market and continuing to work closely on a regular basis.
There are two aspects of this business, The North Coast Veterinary Specialist and Referral Centre (NCVS) and North Coast Veterinary Emergency & Critical Care (NCVECC)
NCVS is dedicated to ensuring the optimal health and well-being of its patients through its collaboration with local veterinarians. NCVECC is the 24/7 emergency service, available for all pet owners.
This meant we needed to show the expertise within the team for the confidence of veterinarian referrals and trust, and also compassion for the mums and dads to entrust the care of their fur children.
For a lot of us, our fur child, in whatever shape, size or species, is a major part of our life, and to require emergency treatment is nothing short of traumatic.

We continue to visit NCVS and NCVECC to produce fresh, up-to-date video content for their website and social media pages. Never have the video production team had so many of the office team volunteer to join them on a shoot. We all agree…
