At Pepper Productions, we’re always up for a challenge. So when First Steps Learning Academy approached us to create a recruitment campaign, we knew it was an opportunity we couldn’t pass up.
Based in Sydney, First Steps Learning Academy is committed to providing a nurturing and engaging environment for children. They wanted a recruitment campaign that would showcase their values and attract top talent to join their team. Our videography Sunshine Coast team were excited to fly down to Sydney and help them achieve this goal.
Create an engaging, informative, and emotionally resonant recruitment campaign. To achieve this, we first sat down with the First Steps Learning Academy team to understand their goals and develop a plan of attack. We knew that capturing the right footage and imagery would be crucial to the success of the campaign.
We kicked off the project with 2 full days of video shooting at their Sydney centres. We worked closely with the staff to capture footage that showcased the fun and educational atmosphere of the academy. Our videography Sunshine Coast team was on hand to ensure that every shot was visually stunning.
After the shoot, we got to work on editing the footage. We created a 2-minute video edit, as well as two 30-second clips for social media and advertising. The final videos highlighted the unique value proposition of working at the academy and why it’s a rewarding career choice.
In addition to the videos, we also provided 20 edited images to populate the First Steps Learning Academy website with bespoke photography. This helped to create a cohesive visual identity for the campaign.
To ensure maximum exposure for the campaign, we partnered with Chilli, the leading digital marketing agency on the Sunshine Coast. Chilli helped to promote the recruitment campaign by building a careers landing page on their website and creating a Facebook Ad campaign based on the campaign objectives we outlined in our briefing session with their digital marketing specialists.
Thanks to the combined efforts of our team and Chilli, the recruitment campaign was a huge success. First Steps Learning Academy received numerous applications from highly qualified candidates who were excited about the prospect of working at such a rewarding and engaging organisation.
